The aerator generates an upward thrust through the impeller. For this reason the aerator must be fixed so as to avoid twisting or movements.
During assembly it is particularly necessary to ensure that the product is correctly immersed at a minimum depth of 20 cm. If this minimum depth of installation is not respected, overheating of the motor occurs which could cause the tripping of the thermal overload protection.
All the power cables of the aerator and of the pumps used must be firmly secured and must not enter the sewage. In this way the rotating impeller cannot come in contact with the cables and damage them.
A 90° bend must be fixed onto the threaded suction mouth with suitable gaskets and then fixed to a suction pipe with a pipe tightening clamp. Attention: the aerator must be installed in vertical position!
