Compliance with laws and regulations
DAB will comply with local and international laws and regulations that apply to our activities, as well as international standards we have underta- ken to adhere to.

DAB will conduct its business in a fair and legal way.
For this reason, DAB will not pay or receive bribes and DAB does not allow for an employee to pay or receive bribes.

Facilitation payments
DAB will conduct its business in a fair and legal way.
For that reason, DAB will not make facilitation payments and DAB does not allow for facilitation payments to be paid for the benefit of DAB.

Travel, entertainment, gifts and personal benefits
DAB will conduct its business in a fair way.
Historically, DAB has a strong tradition for building good relation- ships with suppliers and customers - and DAB will continue to do so. However, DAB will not grant any benefit, which might unduly influence the representative of a supplier or a customer in the dealings with DAB.

Conflict of interest law
DAB will ensure that business decisions are taken in the best interest of DAB.
DAB will not accept that an employee uses his/hers position in the organisation for personal gain or in the interest of anything else other than DAB.

Political contributions
DAB has a clear purpose, which is independent of party politics.
DAB does therefore not support or make contributions to any political party or any political candidate.

Confidentiality
DAB provides access for its employees to the confidential informa- tion under the precondition that the confidential information belongs to DAB, and that each employee keeps the information confidential.
DAB will strive to ensure that any information received from customers or business partners is handled and used appropriately in accordance with the terms and conditions under which it was disclosed and that DAB does not violate any confidentiality obligations.

Competition law
DAB will always to the extent possible ensure that competition in any market in which DAB operates is fair, free and unlimited.
DAB will adhere to all competition laws and regulations, which apply to its activities or business.

Bookkeeping and accounts compliance
DAB will ensure that all companies in the DAB Group adhere to:
- Group Accounting Standards;
- International and local laws and regulations; and
- Generally accepted accounting standards and controls.
