Impeller/grinder stuck
•    Disconnect the power supply
•    Remove the motor cover cap
•    Insert a screwdriver (min. 110 mm) thought the plug hole and into the slot of the shaft end. Turn the shaft right and left to free the impeller/grinder from dirt.
Pressure switch pipe clogged
•    Disconnect the power supply
•    Unscrew the screw of the motor cover and remove the cover
•    If the water level is above the motor flange, empty the tank by means of the appropriate tap and the hose (supplied).
•    Unscrew the screws of the board holder
•    Remove the pressure switch pipe
•    Clean the rubber hose and check the opening on the tank
Foreign body in tank
•    Disconnect the power supply
•    Unscrew the screw of the motor cover and remove the cover
•    If the water level is above the motor flange, empty the tank by means of the appropriate tap and the hose (supplied)
•    Unscrew the side screw of the motor ring
•    Lift the motor flange to reduce the compression of the O Ring. Insert a screwdriver into the notch underneath the supply cable and press it down
•    Extract the complete motor unit by means of the handles (lift the unit vertically before tilting it).
•    Check and clean the tank and impeller/grinder
Carbon filter
•    Remove the filter cover
•    Replace the filter
 

Tutti e tre sono stazioni automatiche di sollevamento. Genix e Genix WL sono dotate anche di trituratore e possono gestire acque reflue (contenenti materiale fecale). Genix WL ha l’attacco per lo scarico del WC laterale, progettato quindi per le installazioni con sanitari sospesi o dove lo spazio dietro il water è insufficiente per collocare il Genix in versione standard. Genix VT invece è una stazione automatica di sollevamento senza trituratore e priva di attacco per lo scarico del WC. Supporta però temperature più alte delle altre versioni, fino a 90°C per trenta minuti, è quindi particolarmente adatto a gestire lo scarico proveniente dalla lavatrice o dalla lavastoviglie.
