Some of our pumps are sold with a prefix power supply cable (e.g. for deep insertion into a well) but the cable can be lengthened to suit installation needs, provided that the work is performed by competent personnel to prevent that the cable junctions became the cause of water infiltration or dispersion that can damage the pump, or worse, present hazardous situations to the user. The cable must have certain technical characteristics depending, for example, on the length you need or the volts it must provide. The product manual contains the rules to follow. It is normal for the pump to generate noise during function. If the noise is particularly pronounced or otherwise different from the one usually produced during work it can be a symptom of problems. Depending on the area of the pump (hydraulic section, support, motor) from which it comes, you can try to identify the cause. You need to check this only with three phase electric motor, since the single-phase motors always rotate in the correct direction. If the direction of rotation of the motor is incorrect, an overload can occur and result in a serious damage to the electric pump.
All the details for checking and correcting the rotation direction (including some illustrations to make the procedure more understandable) are in the product manual. The warranty is 24 months from the purchase. You must exhibit proof of invoice or receipt (the receipt must contain the name of the product purchased). The warranty only persists if the product is defective.

The remove of the lock key is required in order to make changes to the operating parameters. Changing these parameters is recommended only by experienced personnel or by people following the instructions in the manual or with the supervision of the customer service. The lock key can be removed by pressing a different button combination for each product. The right combination is always written in the product manual.

You need to read the model and serial number of the product (the code no. X XXXX on the label on each of our products). With this information you can trace the spare part through our DNA software that contains exploded drawings of our products.

In the manual of our products there is always a list with error codes and the possible solutions to resolve them. If the reading of the manual is unsuccessful, we recommend that you contact your installer (electrician / plumber) who will also check is the installation is correct (piping size, presence of any obstructions, the electrical connection, etc.).
